低VOC玻纤增强聚氨酯纸蜂窝复合材料的制备

摘  要:以聚醚多元醇、交联剂、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂等为聚氨酯原液A组分,改性异氰酸酯为聚氨酯原液B组分,制备了玻纤增强聚氨酯纸蜂窝复合材料。研究了泡沫稳定剂、开孔剂、催化剂、内脱模剂、除醛剂以及模具温度对制品性能的影响,并对制品进行了VOC和气味等级测试。结果表明,当泡沫稳定剂L-6790、开孔剂501#、复配催化剂1#、内脱模剂TM-2和除醛剂AR-3质量分数分别为1%、0.2%、0.35%、2%和0.5%且模具温度为120~130℃时,制品的VOC和气味等级相对较低,能够满足客户对于制品的指标要求,包括甲醛含量≤100μg/m~3、乙醛含量≤100μg/m~3、丙烯醛含量≤50μg/m~3、TVOC含量≤400μg/m~3和气味等级(80℃)≤3.5级。Glass fiber reinforced polyurethane paper honeycomb composites were prepared by using the polyether polyol,crosslinking agent,foam stabilizer and catalyst as component A,the modified isocyanate as component B. The effects of the foam stabilizer,opening agent,compound catalyst,internal release agent,aldehyde remover and mold temperature on the environmental protection were studied,and VOC & odor were tested. The results showed that,when the mass fractions of the foam stabilizer L-6790,opening agent 501#,compound catalyst 1#,internal release agent TM-2 and the aldehyde removal agent AR-3 was 1%,0.2%,0.35%,2% and 0.5% resparately,the mold temperature was 120 ~ 130 ℃ . The content of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,acrolein and TVOC was not greater than 100,100,50 and 400 μg/m3,respectively. The odor grade at 80 ℃ was≤3.5,which could meet the requirements of customer.
