摘 要:汽油机颗粒捕集器(简称GPF)对废气颗粒的捕捉效果依赖于碳载量的模型精度。碳载量模型精度与发动机非线性工况、驾驶习惯、工作环境等因素相关。混合动力车型搭载GPF应对排放升级已经是行业趋势,混动车型驾驶模式多样、发动机工况复杂,准确的碳载量模型难以得到。采用仿真分析计算与实车试验验证相结合的方式,对某搭载GPF的P2型混合动力车型在累碳阶段的压力特性及其影响因素进行分析。在通用GPF能量损失模型的基础上,通过MATLAB软件,使用GPF前后压差,对GPF碳载量预估系统进行建模,建立模型包括无碳颗粒的GPF压差模型、压降压差指数模型、压差指数_碳载量模型等。制定了GPF碳载量预估模型的标定试验方法,并进行了实车测试验证试验。试验结果表明,提出的GPF碳载量预估模型可准确地预估出碳载量,模型精度高,为混合动力搭载GPF的累碳、再生控制等提供了有效可靠的手段。The effect of a gasoline engine particle trap(GPF) on the capture of exhaust particles depends on the model accuracy of the carbon load. The accuracy of the carbon load model is related to the engine nonlinear working condition, driving habit and working environment. It has been an industry trend for hybrid electric vehicles to be equipped with GPF to cope with emission upgrading. Due to the diverse driving modes and complex engine operating conditions of hybrid electric vehicles, it is difficult to obtain an accurate carbon load model. In this paper, the pressure characteristics and influencing factors of a P2 hybrid electric vehicle equipped with GPF in the carbon phase are analyzed by combining simulation analysis and calculation with real vehicle test and verification. Based on the general GPF energy loss model, the GPF carbon load prediction system was modeled by MATLAB software before and after using GPF, and the models included the GPF pressure difference model without carbon particles, the pressure-step-down differential index model, the pressure-difference index _ carbon load model and so on. The calibration test method of GPF carbon load prediction model was developed and the vehicle test was carried out. The experimental results show that the carbon load estimation model based on GPF proposed in this paper can accurately estimate the carbon load with high accuracy. This study provides an effective and reliable method for carbon and regeneration control of hybrid power with GPF.
