摘  要:某汽油发动机正时系统在1 200 r/min小负荷工况下有“咕咕”异响声,经过噪声振动频谱分析后,锁定异响频带范围。进行动力学分析后,确定激励源。然后从激励源和传递路径两个方面进行了三个方案的优化,并最终达到了解决异响问题的目的。结果表明,增大正时系统惰轮的直径、增加正时系统惰轮数量和优化正时罩盖对于解决由正时皮带多边形效应力激励引起的异响有很大的帮助,对今后解决此类NVH问题有借鉴之处。The timing system of a gasoline engine has "Goo Goo" abnormal noise under the low load condition of 1200r/min. After the analysis of noise and vibration spectrum, the frequency bandwidth of abnormal noise is locked. After dynamic analysis, the excitation source is determined. Then three schemes are optimized from two aspects of excitation source and transfer path, and finally the purpose of solving the problem of abnormal sound is achieved. The results show that, increasing the diameter of timing system idler, increasing the number of timing system idler and optimizing the timing cover are of great help to solve the abnormal noise caused by polygonal force excitation of timing belt, which can be used for reference to solve this kind of NVH problem in the future.
