摘  要:饲料原料供给会影响畜牧业发展。目前国内自产大豆作为重要的饲料原料存在供应紧张,进口依存度高等问题,无法满足畜牧业发展的需要。为适应大宗饲料供需趋紧的新形势,提高原料利用效率、构建新型日粮配方结构、推进其他蛋白源对豆粕的替代作用势在必行。因此,本文综述了多种不同饲料原料替代豆粕的研究进展,分析了不同替代方法和实用价值,为实现畜禽生产中豆粕减量替代降低成本,提高我国畜牧业国际竞争力具有理论参考价值和指导意义。The supply of feed ingredients affects the development of livestock industry,and there exists problems of tight supply and significant import dependence of domestic self-produced soybean as an essential feed ingredient,which cannot satisfy the needs of livestock industry development. In order to adapt to the new situation of tightening supply and demand for livestock feed,it is imperative to improve the efficiency of raw material utilization,establish a new diet formulation structure,and promote the role of other protein sources as substitutes for soybean. Therefore,this article reviewed the research progress of a variety of different feed ingredients to replace soybean meal,and analyzed different alternative methods and practical value. It had theoretical reference value and guiding significance for realizing the reduction and substitution of soybean meal in the production of livestock and poultry,and reducing the cost and improve the international competitiveness of my country’s animal husbandry.
