摘　　要：迷迭香是一种天然香料植物,富含萜类、黄酮和有机酸等多种活性成分,具有抗感染、抗炎和抗氧化等生物学活性,可改善动物的生产性能和产品品质。本文就迷迭香的主要活性物质、提取工艺、生理功能及其在畜禽生产中的相关研究进行综述,以期为迷迭香在动物生产中的进一步开发和利用提供帮助。Rosemary is a natural spice plant,which is rich in terpenoids,flavonoids,organic acids and other active components. It has biological activities such as anti-infection,anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation,and can improve the performance and product quality of animals. This paper reviewed the main active substances,extraction technology,physiological functions and related research in livestock and poultry production of rosemary,in order to provide help for the further development and utilization of rosemary in animal production.
