摘 要:比例减压阀功率放大器存在谐波干扰、占空比突变、颤振信号频率选择不当等问题,影响其出口压力控制品质。针对该问题,通过建立某型直动式比例减压阀的动态数学模型,并用Pspice与AMESim软件协同仿真,研究了PWM控制信号谐波干扰信号、占空比突变及不同频率的颤振信号对比例减压阀控制品质的影响。结果表明:放大器PWM开关电路产生的高频谐波干扰信号将导致减压阀出口压力出现小幅低频波动;降低PWM信号占空比的突变可以减小出口压力的瞬时尖峰;提高颤振频率可有效改善稳压精度,但上限频率受改善滞环效果限制。Aiming at the problems such as harmonic interference,duty cycle mutation and improper selection of flutter signal frequency of proportional pressure reducing valve power amplifier,which affect the quality of its outlet pressure control,the dynamic mathematical model of a direct-acting proportional pressure reducing valve is established,and Pspice and AMESim are used to co-simulation.The influence of harmonic interference signal of PWM control signal,duty cycle mutation and flutter signal of different frequency on the control quality of proportional pressure reducing valve is studied.The results show that the high frequency harmonic interference signal generated by the PWM circuit of the amplifier will lead to small high frequency fluctuation of the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve.The instantaneous peak of outlet pressure can be reduced by reducing the mutation of PWM signal duty ratio.Increasing flutter frequency can effectively improve the stability accuracy,but the upper frequency is limited by improving hysteresis.
