摘 要:针对水润滑摩擦副材料极限比功(pv值)不明导致水液压柱塞泵的设计缺乏依据的问题,对1Cr17Ni2与碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮(CFRPEEK)配对副材料开展了极限pv值研究。首先对泵内三大摩擦副进行了运动和受力分析,获得了各摩擦副的接触比压和比功;基于此,采用销-盘接触形式,研究了不同接触比压和滑动速度下1Cr17Ni2与CFRPEEK的摩擦系数和磨损率的变化规律,提出了以摩擦性能显著恶化为判据的极限pv值评价方法,得到了CFRPEEK的极限pv值为20~30 MPa·m/s;最后,经过200 h耐久性考核,泵的总效率为90.2%,各摩擦副摩擦表面光滑,磨损极小。结果表明,基于极限pv值的泵摩擦副材料选用合理,泵可长期高效运行。The material limit pv value of water lubricated friction pair is unknown,which leads to the lack of basis for the design of water hydraulic piston pump.Therefore,the limit pv value of 1Cr17Ni2 and CFRPEEK friction pair is studied by theoretical and experimental.Firstly,the motion and force of the three friction pairs are analyzed,and the p and pv values of them are obtained.Based on this,the friction coefficient and wear rate of 1Cr17Ni2 and CFRPEEK under different contact pressure and sliding speed are studied with pin on disc friction tester.The evaluation method of limit pv value based on the deterioration of friction performance is proposed.The limit pv value of CFRPEEK is 20~30 MPa·m/s.Finally,after 200 h durability test,the total efficiency of the pump is 90.2%.The surface of each friction pair is smooth and the wear is very small.The results show that the material selection of the pump friction pair based on the limit pv value is reasonable,and the pump can operate efficiently for a long time.
