摘 要:新型液压回转-机械直线执行器采用液压马达代替电动机驱动滚珠丝杠,解决了电动缸功率密度低以及非对称液压缸流量不匹配等问题。为了进一步研究该系统的效率特性,推导其效率模型,后在SimulationX中建立其物理模型,通过理论分析与仿真结合的方法,研究了泵的排量比、泵的输入转速、系统的负载力、减速器传动比等参数对系统效率的影响。结果表明:系统的总效率受液压回路的效率影响最为显著;系统在大排量、中高转速、较大负载力下具有良好的效率特性;正常作业时,系统的总效率通常不会低于60%,最高可达68%。The new hydraulic rotary mechanical linear actuator solves the problems of low power density of electric cylinder and flow mismatching of asymmetric hydraulic cylinder by using hydraulic motor instead of electric motor to drive ball screw.In order to further study the efficiency characteristics of the system,the efficiency model of the system was derived,and then the physical model of the system was established in SimulationX.Through the method of theoretical analysis and simulation,the influence of the pump displacement ratio,the pump input speed,the system load,the reducer transmission ratio and other parameters on the system efficiency was studied.The results show that the total efficiency of the system is most significantly affected by the efficiency of the hydraulic circuit.The system has good efficiency characteristics under large displacement,medium and high speed and large load.In normal operation,the overall efficiency of the system is usually no less than 60%and can be as high as 68%.
