摘　　要：根据多年的设计经验并参考国内其他文献,简述了V法造型的原理及优点,总结了V法真空系统抽气量的计算方法,介绍了水环真空泵、罗茨真空泵及透平机三种设备的结构特点以及三种真空泵的能耗比,并提出了真空泵前除尘器的选型要求,供大家参考。According to the design experience for many years and referring to other domestic literatures,the principle and advantages of V-process molding are briefly described,and the calculation method of air extraction of vacuum system is summarized.The structure characteristics of water ring vacuum pump,Roots vacuum pump and turbine,and the energy consumption ratio of the three vacuum pumps are introduced.The selection requirements of dust collector in front of vacuum pump are put forward.
