摘 要:铸造钴铬钼合金使用氮化铬合金增氮,加入前冲入氮气、氩气混合气能够抑制合金液面快速上升,防止沸腾喷溅。结果表明,氮的收得率在87%~92%之间,氮含量与氧含量增加呈降低趋势,增氮的钴铬钼医用合金的抗拉强度、延伸强度、断后生产力分别高出国标30%、80%和20%以上。Chromium nitride alloy was used to increase nitrogen in cast Co-Cr-Mo alloy. Before adding chromium-nitride alloy,the mixture of nitrogen and argon can inhibit the rapid rise of the liquid level of the alloy and prevent boiling spatter. The results showed that the yield of nitrogen was between 87% and 92%,and the increase of nitrogen content and oxygen content showed a decreasing trend. The tensile strength,elongation strength and post-fracture productivity of the Co-Cr-MO medical alloy after nitrogenous treatment are 30%,80% and 20% higher than the national standard respectively.
