摘　　要：当前的大型冲天炉具有连续熔化能力高、铁液质量高的特点,通常配合保温电炉使用,特别适合大批量连续生产铁液成分相对固定的铸件,因为炉料装填量非常大,铁液成分控制调整比较慢,需要操作者具有较高的水平,提前预判,及时调整。本文总结了大型冲天炉熔炼过程中配料及调整计算的方法步骤,为生产现场配料计算和调整计算提供依据,保证铁液成分控制准确,调整快速。The current large cupola has the characteristics of high continuous melting capacity and high molten iron quality. It is usually used in conjunction with the holding electric furnace,and is particularly suitable for the continuous production of castings with relatively fixed molten iron composition in large quantities. Because the furnace charge is very large,and the control and adjustment of molten iron composition is relatively slow,the operator needs to have a high level,predict in advance,and adjust in time. This paper summarizes the methods and steps of batching and adjustment calculation in the melting process of large cupola,which provides a basis for batching calculation and adjustment calculation in the production site,and ensures accurate control of molten iron composition and rapid adjustment.
