摘  要:利用可在正弦及重复方波电压上叠加不同直流偏置电压的测试平台,对比研究了不同直流偏置电压对变频电机匝间绝缘局部放电起始电压(PDIV)及绝缘寿命的影响。结果表明:施加+1000、-1000、+1750、-1750 V直流偏置电压对具有对称电极结构的匝间绝缘模型PDIV影响较小;在非对称球-板电极电场结构下,聚酰亚胺薄膜的PDIV降低约30%。另外,研究发现,以上直流偏置电压对匝间绝缘模型与聚酰亚胺绝缘寿命均无显著影响。据此,在对变频电机进行绝缘评估时,应关注测试所用电极结构对测试PDIV的影响。A test platform,that can add different DC bias voltages on the sinusoidal and repetitive square voltages,was used to compare and study the influence of different DC bias voltages on the partial discharge inception voltage(PDIV)and insulation lifetime of turn to turn insulation for inverter-fed motors.The results show that the application of+1000 V,-1000 V,+1750 V,-1750 V DC bias voltage has little effect on the PDIV of the turn to turn insulation model with a symmetrical electrode structure.Under an asymmetric electric field structure,the PDIV of polyimide films under sphere-to-plane electrodes is reduced by about 30%.In addition,the study finds that the DC bias voltages above have no significant effect on the insulation lifetime of the turn to turn insulation model and polyimide.Therefore,when the insulation of inverter-fed motors is evaluated,attention should be paid to the impact of electrode structure used in test on the PDIV test.
