摘 要:间位芳纶具有极高的绝缘强度和组分稳定性,是电气绝缘领域新一代绝缘纸的理想基材。为研究极不均匀电场下,干式绝缘用间位芳纶叠层纸的击穿特性和局部放电发展特性,探究多叠层芳纶纸在长时间加压下的绝缘失效现象,选用锥-板电极构建极不均匀电场,开展了锥-板电极下叠层芳纶纸的恒压局部放电实验。基于叠层击穿电压和击穿时延测试选取了合理的恒压参数,接着制备了不同局放时间的叠层纸样品,并对其碳痕形态、官能团分解情况、陷阱特性和剩余绝缘强度进行了测试。结果表明:叠层厚度由单层0.18 mm增长至6层1.08 mm时,芳纶纸电气强度下降了48.59%;根据局放过程中“放电量-相位”特征谱图和典型放电现象,局放发展过程可以划分为放电起始、放电发展和预击穿阶段;击穿点处损毁形式呈现大面积的沿面碳痕,碳痕处的N-H、CO-NH等酰胺基团分解,碳痕化后的样品深、浅陷阱能级均变小,局放导致的碳痕生长在一定程度上可以提升锥-板电极下材料的电气强度,均化锥-板电极的电场。Meta-aramid fiber has extremely high insulation strength and component stability,and is an ideal base material for a new generation of insulating paper in the field of electrical insulation.In order to study the breakdown characteristics and partial discharge development characteristics of meta-aramid laminated paper for dry insulation under extremely uneven electric field,and explore the insulation failure of multi-layered aramid paper under long-term pressure,a cone-plate electrode was selected to construct extremely uneven electric field,and the constant voltage partial discharge experiment of laminated aramid paper under cone-plate electrode was carried out.Reasonable constant voltage parameters were selected based on the test of breakdown voltage and breakdown delay of laminated paper,and then laminated paper samples with different partial discharge time were prepared,and their carbon mark morphology,functional group decomposition,trap characteristics and residual insulation strength were tested.The results show that the breakdown strength of aramid paper decreases by 48.59%when the laminated thickness increases from 0.18 mm to 1.08 mm in six layers.According to the characteristic spectrum of"discharge amount-phase"and typical discharge phenomena in the process of partial discharge,the development process of partial discharge can be divided into discharge initiation,discharge development,and prebreakdown stages.The damage form at the breakdown point shows a large area of carbon mark along the surface,and the amide groups such as N-H and CO-NH at the carbon mark decompose,so that the deep and shallow trap energy levels of the carbon marked sample are reduced.The growth of carbon mark caused by partial discharge can increase the breakdown strength of the material under the cone-plate electrode to a certain extent,and homogenize the electric field of the cone-plate electrode.
