摘  要:复合绝缘子由于其质量轻、体积小、力学性能好、抗污能力强、安装方便的特点而被大范围使用,但复合绝缘子伞裙和芯棒材料在使用中容易产生劣化,发生伞裙破损、伞裙爬电和芯棒开裂等。为研究复合绝缘子在不同劣化方式的表面电场特性,本文以站用复合支柱绝缘子为对象,基于有限元方法研究其在3种不同劣化方式的表面电场特性。结果表明:每种劣化方式均对复合绝缘子表面电场产生影响,劣化方式不同,影响机制与影响结果存在差异。在伞裙破损劣化方式下,不同破损程度对其表面电场最大值影响不明显;绝缘子表面伞裙爬电下的电场变化最为明显,其伞裙尖端电场增大至16.421 kV/cm,是完好情况下表面电场3.051 kV/cm的5.382倍;芯棒开裂下的绝缘子表面电场最大值减小,最大值从3.051 kV/cm减小为2.500 kV/cm。Composite insulator is widely used because of its light weight,small volume,good mechanical properties,strong pollution resistance,and convenient installation.However,the umbrella skirt and core rod materials of composite insulators are easy to deteriorate in use to form umbrella skirt damage,umbrella skirt creepage,and core rod cracking.In order to study the surface electric field characteristics of composite post insulator in different deterioration modes,the surface electric field characteristics of 220 kV composite post insulators in three different deterioration modes were studied on the basis of finite element method.The results show that each degradation mode has an impact on the surface electric field of composite insulator.However,there are differences in the influence mechanism and results due to different deterioration modes.Under the umbrella skirt damage deterioration mode,different damage degrees have no obvious effect on the maximum value of surface electric field.Under the umbrella skirt creepage deterioration mode,the electric field changes a lot,and the electric field at the tip of the umbrella skirt increases to 16.421 kV/cm,which is 5.382 times higher than the surface electric field of 3.051 kV/cm in good condition.Under the core rod cracking deterioration mode,the maximum electric field on the insulator surface decreases,and the maximum value decreases from 3.051 kV/cm to 2.500 kV/cm.
