摘　　要：多轴特种汽车轴荷分配在整车设计与布置中有着至关重要的作用,轴荷分配的好坏将直接影响到车辆的动力性、通过性及操纵稳定性等特性的发挥。在多轴特种汽车设计与布置时,应合理考虑各轴轴荷以充分发挥车辆的各项特性。多轴特种汽车根据其悬挂系统的布置不同轴荷计算方法不尽相同,与实际车辆轴荷难免存在偏差。由于车辆上装设备的不同,轴荷调整计算过程较为繁琐,本文提供了一种轴荷模拟计算方法,为多轴特种汽车轴荷计算模拟提供了解决思路。Axle load distribution of multi-axis special vehicle plays a vital role in the design and layout of the whole vehicle. The quality of axle load distribution will directly affect the power, passability and operation stability of the vehicle. According to the different arrangement of the suspension system, the calculation method of the axle load of the multi-axis special vehicle is different, which inevitably deviates from the actual axle load. At the same time, due to the different equipment installed on the vehicle, the calculation process of axle load adjustment is complicated. This paper provides a simulation calculation method of axle load, which provides solutions for actual engineering personnel.
