摘　　要：本文以某通用桥式起重机在年检过程中发现卷筒绳槽的过度磨损导致钢丝绳异常断丝为例,分析其产生原因,同时提出了相应的整改措施。In the industrial production, the crane plays an increasingly important role, so the safety of the crane is also paid more and more attention. However, due to the complex structure of the crane, the drum as an important part of the crane lifting mechanism should pay special attention to its related performance. In this paper, a general bridge crane in the annual inspection process found that the excessive wear of drum rope groove led to abnormal broken wire of wire rope as an example, analyzed the causes and put forward the corresponding rectification measures.
