摘  要:在正常情况下,骨髓是产生所有类型血细胞的主要场所。造血细胞在合适的骨髓微环境中定居后,在骨髓微环境内的细胞与细胞,细胞与基质间的相互作用下,完成造血干细胞的维持,增殖和分化过程,而神经纤维及其递质是骨髓微环境中的重要组成部分,其变化可影响血细胞形成,参与血液系统疾病的发生和进展。为此,本文主要综述传入神经、中枢、传出神经对骨髓微环境的调控作用,以期为血液系统疾病的诊治提供帮助。Under normal circumstances,bone marrow is the main place to produce all types of blood cells.After hematopoietic cells settle in the appropriate bone marrow microenvironment,the maintenance,proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells are completed under the interaction between cells and cells,cells and matrix in the bone marrow microenvironment.Nerve fibers and their neurotransmitters are important components of the bone marrow microenvironment,and their changes can affect the formation of blood cells and participate in the occurrence and progression of blood system diseases.Therefore,this article mainly reviews the regulatory effects of afferent nerve,central nervous system and efferent nerve on bone marrow microenvironment,in order to provide help for the diagnosis and treatment of hematological diseases.
