摘 要:电磁频谱战涉及雷达、通信、电子战、导航和指挥控制等多个专业领域,其体系结构、功能和接口高度复杂,需要全局性的体系分析和设计方法。采用DoDAF2.0体系架构框架和规范化的建模语言,结合专业体系设计工具,自顶向下开展电磁频谱作战概念体系设计,建立以体系架构方法为基础、任务-能力-系统迭代关联、定性与定量相结合的电磁频谱战体系设计模式,并利用体系结构模型开展作战流程的合理性和可行性验证,发现体系能力短板,牵引装备体系发展和技术布局,逐步完善电磁频谱战的理论和体系建设,为构建具有我军特色的电磁频谱战体系提供理论基础。Electromagnetic spectrum(EMS)warfare involves radar,communication,electronic warfare,navigation,command and control and other professional fields.The global system analysis and design methods of EMS warfare are required because of the high complexity of architecture,functions and interfaces.The DoDAF2.0 architecture airframe and standardized modeling language are utilized.With professional architecture designing tools,the system design of EMS warfare concept is conducted from top to bottom.Based on the architecture,mission-capability-system iterative association,and combination of qualitative and quantitative,the system design mode of EMS warfare is established.In addition,the reasonability and feasibility of the operational process are verified by the system architecture model.The shortcomings of the capability system are found and the equipment system development and technical layout are pulled.The theory and system construction of EMS warfare is gradually improved,providing the theoretical basis for the construction of EMS warfare system with characteristics of our military forces.
