盐城建设绿色能源之城的思考

摘　　要：持续推进实现碳达峰、碳中和,是我国重要战略目标。盐城深入贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想,大力发展新能源产业,具有发展条件得天独厚、发展机遇千载难逢和产业基础初步形成等现实条件,但在产业链、要素保障以及消纳能力方面都还面临一些制约和挑战。基于此,本文根据新能源产业发展趋势,结合盐城资源禀赋和产业根基,提出盐城绿色能源产业发展的对策建议。It is an important strategic goal of China to continuously promote the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Yancheng city has advantageous natural endowment,once-in-a-lifetime opportunities and a basic industrial structure,and has been vigorously developing new energy industry by thoroughly implementing Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization.However,there are still some constraints and challenges in the industrial chain,elements security and consumption capacity.Based on this,according to the development trend of new energy industry,combined with Yancheng’s resource endowment and industrial foundation,this paper puts forward several suggestions for the development of green energy industry.
