摘　　要：钢锭模是特钢厂模铸生产必备的、周转使用的大宗铸锭设备,它对钢锭表面和内部质量及钢锭成本有重要影响,钢锭模产品表面的缺陷需修补,劳动强度大,造成浪费。通过分析发现影响钢锭模质量的主要控制环节,采取改进措施,提升产品质量。Ingot mold is a necessary and reusable staple ingot casting device.It is of great impact on the surface and internal quality,as well as the cost of the ingot.Repair work of ingot mold surface defects is high labor intensity and wasteful.This paper analyzes the main control processes which influence the quality of the steel ingot and measures are taken to improve the product quality.
