摘　　要：介绍莱钢4300 mm宽厚板生产线Mulpic供水冷却系统的设备配置、工艺特点及运行情况。针对宽厚板生产中后阶段板形不良问题进行分析,为持续提升Mulpic水冷控制精度,对Mulpic调节阀机械定位器、边部遮蔽装置及上集管等进行改造,提高设备精度,同时提高压缩空气纯净度,确保DQ淬火钢板和管线钢板的合格率,提高生产效率。This paper introduces the equipment layout,process characteristics and operation conditions of the Mulpic water cooling system of Laigang 4300mm plate production line.Analyzes the undesirable profile in the middle and late stage of plate production,and upgrades the mechanical positioner of the Mulpic regulating valve,side guard and top header,improves equipment precision and the purity of the compressed air,and ensures the qualification rate of DQ quenched plate and pipeline plate,and also improves the production efficiency.
