北苍术种子萌发特性比较研究

摘　　要：研究不同种源北苍术种子的萌发特性,以选出优良种源。以5个不同种源地的北苍术种子为研究对象,对种子的千粒重、横纵径、含水量、发芽势及发芽率进行比较分析。结果表明,不同种源的北苍术种子基本形态特征均有所差异,其中牛家营子种子大而饱满,具有显著优势。将各种源地种子放置于相同培养条件下进行发芽试验,5个种源中牛家营子种子发芽势与发芽率均最高,具有良好的萌发特性,可作为北苍术生产栽培中优良种源的推荐品种。The germination characteristics of seeds of Atractylodes chinensis from different provenances were studied in order to select good provenances.Taking the seeds of Atractylodes chinensis from five different provenances as the research object,the 1000-seed weight,horizontal and vertical diameter,water content,germination energy and germination rate of seeds were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the basic morphological characteristics of Atractylodes chinensis seeds from different provenances are different,among which Niujiayingzi seeds are large and full and had significant advantages.The germination experiments of seeds from various provenances were carried out under the same culture conditions.Among the five provenances,Niujiayingzi has the highest germination energy and germination rate,and has good germination characteristics,which can be used as a recommended variety for the production and cultivation of Atractylodes chinensis.
