摘 要:以不同树龄20年生、120年生、200年生的沙地云杉为研究对象,运用石蜡切片法制片,通过显微镜观察辨析20年生、120年生、200年生树干各组织的解剖结构,对不同树龄沙地云杉形成层解剖结构进行研究,以其为沙地云杉树干径向生长模型提供理论基础,同时也为沙地云杉衰老机制研究奠定基础,研究结果表明,在维管形成层解剖结构分析中,随着沙地云杉树龄的增长,形成层细胞层数随树龄的增长,形成层细胞层数及厚度减少。Taking the 20-year-old,120-year-old and 200-year-old Picea mongolicas of different ages as the research object,the slices were made by paraffin section method,and the anatomical structures of the trunks of 20-year-old,120-year-old and 200-year-old Picea mongolica were observed and analyzed by microscope.The anatomical structure of cambium of Picea mongolica at different ages was studied in order to provide a theoretical basis for the radial growth model of Picea mongolica trunk and lay a foundation for the study of senescence mechanism of Picea mongolica.The main results were as follows:in the anatomical structure analysis of vascular cambium,with the increase of the age of Picea mongolica,the number of cambium cells increased,and the number and thickness of cambium cells decreased.
