摘　　要：该文通过分析中职休闲农业人才培养存在问题,重点从产教融合、校企合作、“1+X”证书制度完善、师资力量打造和课程资源库开发几个方面提出相应改革措施,为新形势下中职学校休闲农业专业人才教改实践提供借鉴,培养高素质人才,发展休闲农业,助推乡村振兴战略。Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the cultivation of leisure agriculture talents in secondary vocational schools,this paper puts forward the corresponding reform measures from the aspects of the integration of industry and education,the cooperation between schools and enterprises,the improvement of"1 plus X"certificate system,the building of teachers and the development of curriculum resource database.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the teaching reform practice of leisure agriculture professionals in secondary vocational schools under the new situation,train high-quality talents,develop leisure agriculture,and promote the strategy of rural revitalization.
