乡村振兴战略背景下农业全产业链发展路径探析——以河南交投集团助力王庄村产业振兴为例

摘　　要：产业脱贫是以市场为导向,经济效益为中心,产业发展为杠杆的扶贫开发模式,是稳定脱贫的根本之策。党的十八大以来,农业农村部、国务院扶贫办等部门不断强化贫困地区特色产业发展指导推进力度,组织编制产业扶贫规划,出台完善政策举措,在农业与二三产业融合发展上,扎实推进新型农业经营主体培育,农林产业扶贫及旅游扶贫,农产品产销对接等重点工作,产业带动就业增收取得明显成效,为如期打赢脱贫攻坚战提供重要保障。Industrial poverty alleviation is a poverty alleviation and development model with market-oriented,economic benefits as the center and industrial development as leverage,which is the fundamental strategy to stabilize poverty alleviation.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Ministry of Agriculture and villages,the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council and other departments have continuously strengthened the guidance and promotion of the development of characteristic industries in poverty-stricken areas,organized the formulation of industrial poverty alleviation plans,and introduced perfect policies and measures,in the integrated development of agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries,we will firmly promote the cultivation of new types of agricultural operators,poverty alleviation by agricultural and forestry industries,poverty alleviation by tourism,and the docking of production and marketing of agricultural products.The industry sector has achieved remarkable results in increasing employment and income,providing an important guarantee for winning the battle against poverty as scheduled.
