摘　　要：农村幸福河湖的建设是乡村振兴的重要基石。当前,我国农村河湖塘淤塞问题突出,控源截污任务艰巨,岸线生态功能退化,水生态资源闲置,系统治理缺乏,与农村居民对美好生活的要求有较大差距。该文立足乡村振兴战略要求基础上,系统分析当前农村幸福河湖建设中“拦路虎”的深层原因,并提出相应对策,以期为促进农村幸福河湖建设提供强有力的支撑,切实将农村水生态优势转化为经济发展优势和区域竞争优势。The construction of happiness rivers and lakes in rural areas is an important cornerstone of rural revitalization.At present,the problem of siltation of rivers,lakes and ponds in rural areas is prominent,the task of source control and pollution interception is arduous,the ecological function of the shoreline is degraded,the water ecological resources are idle,and there is a lack of systematic governance,which is far from the requirements of rural residents for a better life.Based on the strategic requirements of rural revitalization,this paper systematically analyzes the deep causes of"obstacles in the way"in the construction of rural happiness rivers and lakes,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide strong support for promoting the construction of rural happiness rivers and lakes,and effectively transform rural water ecological advantages into economic development advantages and regional competitive advantages.
