思维导图在危重孕产妇应急救治演练中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的运用思维导图优化危重孕产妇应急救治演练体系,为危重孕产妇应急救治演练管理工作提供创新动能与活力。方法2021年1月—12月,在采用文献法、访谈法、专题小组讨论法等的基础上,运用思维导图进一步优化医院危重孕产妇应急救治演练体系。结果基于思维导图软件构建了危重孕产妇应急救治演练的“脚本式”工作框架,构建了4种类型的危重孕产妇应急演练蓝本,制定了《危重孕产妇应急救治演练思维导图绘制指导手册》,实现了理论成果的可重复性,使应急演练管理工作更加规范化、流程化、便捷化。结论思维导图与传统的危重孕产妇应急救治演练管理模式可较好地融合,从而为危重孕产妇应急救治演练管理工作赋能。Objective To optimize the emergency treatment drill system for critically ill pregnant and puerperal women using the mind map software,and to provide innovation and vitality for management of the system.Methods From January to December 2021,on the basis of the literature study,interview,group discussion,etc.,the mind map was used to optimize the emergency treatment drill system for critically ill pregnant and puerperal women.Results Based on the mind map software,a"scripted"work framework on emergency treatment drills for critically ill pregnant and puerperal women was developed,including four types of blueprints.The"Instruction Manual for Drawing Mind Maps for Emergency Care Drills for Critically ill Pregnant and Puerperal Women"was formulated,which achieved the repeatability of theoretical results,and made the management of emergency drills more standardized,streamlined and convenient.Conclusion The mind map can be well integrated with and empower the traditional management of emergency treatment drills for critically ill pregnant and puerperal women.
