栽培方式对烤烟烟碱积累的影响

摘　　要：烟叶作为卷烟加工的原料,对烟碱含量有着很高的要求。烟碱在吸烟时起着调节品质的作用。烟碱含量适宜的上部叶是现阶段高可用性烟叶开发的首选。从近年来许昌烟区烤后烟叶烟碱含量数据来看,整体偏低,导致工业感官评价质量下降。通过不同的栽培方式对烤后烟烟碱含量对比分析,发现根系发达烟株烟碱含量较普通烟株烟碱含量高。尝试改变栽培方式,研究烤烟烟碱积累规律,对于科学制定烟碱调控方案,提高烟叶工业可用性,具有重要指导意义。Tobacco leaves,as raw materials for cigarette processing,have high requirements on nicotine content.Nicotine plays a role in regulating the momentum of smoking,can give people a mellow fragrance and can improve nerve excitability.The upper leaf with suitable nicotine content is the first choice for the development of high availability tobacco.According to the data of nicotine content of cured tobacco leaves in Xuchang tobacco area in recent years,it was relatively low on the whole,leading to a lack of momentum in industrial sensory evaluation.It was found that the nicotine content of tobacco with developed root system was higher than that of tobacco with common root system.Trying to change the cultivation mode and study the accumulation rule of nicotine in flue-cured tobacco has an important guiding significance for scientific formulation of nicotine control scheme and improvement of tobacco industry availability.
