秋收起义至井冈山革命根据地初创时期的毛泽东建军思想

摘　　要：毛泽东是人民军队的主要缔造者,为人民军队的创建作出了杰出贡献。在大革命即将失败的关头,毛泽东主张尽量保存革命力量;酝酿发动秋收起义时,毛泽东重视正规部队在起义中的作用,主张放弃国民党的旗帜,提出举起共产党的旗帜;在秋收起义受挫部队向南转移的途中,毛泽东及时发现部队中存在的问题,在三湾对部队进行改编,将党的支部建在连上,确立了党对军队的绝对领导的组织体制,迈出了建设新型人民军队的关键一步;在创建井冈山革命根据地的过程中,毛泽东特别注意工农革命军与人民群众的关系,在实践中制定了三大纪律、六项注意,构建了与人民群众生死相依、患难与共的关系。从秋收起义至井冈山革命根据地初创时期的毛泽东建军思想,代表人民军队正确发展的方向。As a major founder of the people’s army,Mao Zedong made outstanding contributions to the creation of the people’s army.At the moment when the great revolution was about to fail,Mao Zedong proposed the preservation of revolutionary forces as much as possible.When preparing for the Autumn Harvest Uprising,Mao Zedong emphasized the function of formal troops in the uprising,and asked for abandoning the flag of the Kuomintang and raising the flag of the CPC.When the army moved southward after the frustration of the Autumn Harvest Uprising,Mao Zedong timely found out the problems existing in the army,reorganized the army in Sanwan,and setting up Party branches in companies,thus establishing the Party’s absolute leadership over the military forces and finishing the first step of building a new-type people’s army.During the process of creating the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base,Mao Zedong paid much attention to the relationship between the people’s army and the masses,and formulated the Three Rules of Discipline and Six Points for Attention,building up a relationship of mutually supporting each other sharing weal and woe between the people’s army and the masses.Mao Zedong Thought on Army Building from the Autumn Harvest Uprising to the early days of the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base represented the correct direction of development for the people’s army.
