摘  要:在工业制造和生产生活不断提高的今天,传统的通用量具对尺寸的测量已经无法满足现在的测量要求,影像测量仪的出现提高了测量的精度,改变了测量方法,用非接触测量的方式也解决了接触测量无法到达的领域,但在此测量的过程中也会产生相应的误差,如何正确分析光学成像对测量结果的影响是提高我们测量水平的关键因素。With the continuous improvement of industrial manufacturing,production and life,the size measurement of traditional general measuring tools can not meet the current measurement requirements.The emergence of image measuring instruments improves the measurement accuracy and changes the measurement methods,The non-contact measurement also solves the fields that can not be reached by contact measurement,but there will be corresponding errors in the measurement process.How to correctly analyze the influence of optical imaging on the measurement results is the key factor to improve our measurement level.
