摘　　要：本文试图对什么是动态运价计算,为什么在这个时候提出动态运价计算,动态运价计算的分阶段定义,以及构建动态运价系统需要考虑的问题等进行阐述和说明。This paper attempts to elaborate and explain what is dynamic pricing,why the concept of dynamic pricing is proposed now,the phased definition of dynamic pricing,and the problems that need to be considered in the construction of dynamic pricing system.
