从优秀运动员入籍看我国国籍制度的完善

摘　　要：关于代表我国参赛的冬奥优秀运动员的国籍问题多次被热议,本文对我国《国籍法》中国籍、入籍的内容及各国对双重国籍的态度进行了介绍。重点从三种情况详细分析外籍运动员取得中国国籍的可能性,并通过对美国和中国有关国籍内容的对比和分析,来判断在我国产生双重国籍的可能性和可行性。结合国际国内情况,作者建议用开放眼光看待运动员入籍问题,并对我国现行《国籍法》内容提出建议。Thenationality of excellent athletes representing China in the Winter Olympics has been hotly debated for many times.The definition of nationality,the contents of naturalization and the attitude of various countries towards dual nationality have been introduced in the paper.The possibility of foreign athletes obtaining Chinese nationality is analyzed in details from three situations and the possibility and feasibility of producing dual nationality in China are judged by comparing and analyzing the relevant nationality content of the United States and China.Based on the international and domestic conditions,the author suggests to treat the naturalization of athletes with an open eye,and puts forward suggestions on the content of the current Nationality Law in China.
