公安管理学专业应用型人才培养模式探索与实践——以山西警察学院为例

摘　　要：应用型院校和专业的重要属性是服务地方、服务行业。山西警察学院公安管理学专业为了达到这个目标,围绕准确定位专业人才培养目标、立足于岗位需求进行课程规划、注重实践教学进行教学探索。在实践中存在的问题有:培养目标笼统,缺乏操作性;实战型师资缺乏,影响实践教学效果;对学生的职业精神教育不足;人才培养没有突出服务山西特色;人才培养效果评估难以进行。为了有效解决这些问题,要从以下几方面入手:探索人才质量评估方法,细化培养目标,提高培养目标与实战需要的契合度;深化思政课与课程思政建设,突出职业精神的培养;增加山西地方文化教育元素,注重服务地方特色;完善制度,调动兼职教官的积极性,提升应用型人才培养质量。The important attributes of application-oriented colleges majors are to serve the local area and the industry.In order to achieve this goal,Shanxi Police College has conducted teaching exploration by focusing on accurate positioning of the professional talents cultivating objectives,conducting curriculum planning based on post requirements and putting stress on practical teaching.Problems in practice include:generalized cultivating objectives and lack of operability;lack of practical teachers affecting the effectiveness of practical teaching;inadequate professionalism education;talents cultivation not highlighting serving Shanxi’s characteristics and hardness in evaluating the effectiveness of talent cultivation.In order to solve these problems effectively,we should start from the following aspects:exploring the evaluation methods of talent quality and refining the cultivating objectives to improve the fitting between cultivating objectives and actual needs;deepening the construction of ideological and political courses and the curriculum with the view of ideology and politics and highlighting the professionalism cultivation;increasing the educational elements of local culture in Shanxi,focusing on serving the local characteristics;improving the system,mobilizing the enthusiasm of part-time instructors,and improving the cultivation quality of applied talent.
