摘　　要：本科毕业生实习实践教学环节,作为人才培养过程中的重要组成部分,各个高校都非常重视。全国各地的公安院校在本科毕业生实习实践教学方面的规章制度、管理体系、实际效果上也各具特色,但如何进一步完善新型的、科学的、符合时代需要的实习实践教学管理体系仍是当前公安教育改革需要解决的一个重要课题。为进一步提高公安院校本科生实习实践教学管理水平和实习实践教学质量,继续完善公安院校本科生实习实践教学管理体系,本文以山西警察学院公安管理学专业为例,就目前公安院校实习实践教学管理中存在的问题进行了全面梳理与总结,并对建设和完善实习实践教学管理体系提出了优化路径。As an important part of talent training process,the practical teaching of undergraduate internship is put great importance by all universities.The management regulations,management system,management and management effect on undergraduate internship practice teaching have also different characteristics in public security colleges across the country.But how to further improve a new,scientific and up-to-date internship practice teaching management system is still an important issue that needs to be solved in the current reform of public security education.In order to further improve the management level and quality of internship practice teaching of undergraduates in public security colleges and continue to improve the management system of internship practice teaching of undergraduates in public security colleges,taking the major of public security management in Shanxi Police College as an example,the author comprehensively analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the practice teaching management of public security colleges and proposes improving path to construct and improve the management mechanism of internship practice teaching.
