摘　　要：目的:探讨癌症化疗患者的经济毒性、社会支持、生活质量现状及其相关性。方法:2020年11月至2021年6月,采用便利抽样法选取石河子两所医院住院化疗的癌症患者350例为调查对象,应用一般资料问卷、经济毒性综合评分量表(COST-PROM)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)及癌症治疗功能评价系统-普适性量表(FACT-G)对患者进行调查。结果:患者COST-PROM得分为(21.44±7.82)分,SSRS得分为(38.99±7.33)分,FACT-G得分为(60.68±12.09)分。年龄、家庭人均月收入、文化程度、居住地、医疗支付方式均与癌症化疗患者的COST-PROM得分有关(P <0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,FACT-G得分与COST-PROM得分、SSRS得分均呈正相关(r=0.369、0.432,P <0.01)。社会支持在经济毒性与生活质量间的中介作用显著(P <0.05)。结论:增加癌症化疗患者的社会支持,有利于降低其经济毒性水平,且对其生活质量起保护作用。Objective:To investigate the status quo and correlations of economic toxicity,social support,and quality of life in cancer patients receiving chemotherapy.Methods:350 cancer patients receiving chemotherapy in two hospitals in Shihezi from November 2020 to June 2021 were selected by convenience sampling method.The patients were investigated by general information questionnaire,comprehensive score for financial toxicity based on the patient-reported outcome measures( COST-PROM),social support rating scale( SSRS) and the functional assessment of cancer therapy-general( FACT-G).Results:The patient’s COSTPROM score was( 21.44 ± 7.82) points,SSRS score was( 38.99 ± 7.33) points,and FACT-G score was( 60.68 ± 12.09)points.Age,family per capita monthly income,education level,place of residence,and medical payment method were all related to the COST-PROM score of cancer patients( P < 0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that FACT-G score was positively correlated with COST-PROM score and SSRS score( r = 0.369,0.432,P < 0.01).Social support had a significant mediating effect between economic toxicity and quality of life( P < 0.05).Conclusion:Increasing the social support of cancer patients receiving chemotherapy is beneficial to reduce their economic toxicity level and protect their quality of life.
