摘　　要：本文介绍某工程项目概况,A、B地块施工部署包括总平面布置,临电、临水、消防平面布置,土方阶段、地下室结构阶段、主体结构阶段、装饰装修阶段等施工策划;同时对劳动力计划、机械设备配置、室外景观、设计出图及招标规划等提出策划;对进度目标、安全目标、质量目标等进行目标管理,对编制组织、质量、安全、进度等项目管理细则,提出重难点分析及对策。The construction planning of a certain project is introduced in this paper.The construction deployment of A and B parcel include general plane arrangement,temporary electricity system,temporary water system and fire protection plane arrangement.The construction planning scheme contains the earthwork stage,basement structure stage,main structure stage and decoration stage.Meanwhile,the labor force plan,mechanical equipment configuration,outdoor landscape,design drawings and bidding planning are put forward.Moreover,some analysis of key and difficult points as well as some countermeasures are put forward according to the targeting management for schedule goals,safety goals and quality goals,and project management rules,including preparation of organization,quality,safety and schedule.
