2019~2020年江门市血液凝块原因回顾分析及对策

摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析江门市血液凝块的主要原因,寻找有效的应对措施。方法:从献血量、献血地点、献血季节和采血人员资质等方面对2019~2020年血液采集过程中出现采血不畅和血液凝块情况进行统计分析。结果:2019~2020年共采集全血90633袋,其中采血不畅1791袋,发生率为1.98%;肉眼可见凝块血液205袋,占采血不畅血液11.45%。非标量全血、献血屋献血点和采血者工作年限在3年以下的血液凝块发生率最高;400 mL献血量、街头献血点和采血者工作年限在10年以上的的血液凝块发生率最低;血液凝块的发生率并无明显的季节性变化。结论:采血科室应针对血液凝块的原因,有针对性地进行管理控制,降低血液采集过程中血液凝块的发生率,保障临床输血的安全及有效。Objective:To retrospectively analyze the main causes of blood clots in Jiangmen City and find effective counter measures.Methods:From the aspects of blood donation volume,blood donation location,blood donation season and blood collection personnel qualifications,statistical analysis was performed on the occurrence of poor blood collection and blood clots during the blood collection process from 2019 to 2020.Results:From 2019 to 2020,a total of 90,633 bags of whole blood were collected,of which 1,791 bags were poorly collected,with an incidence rate of 1.98%,while 205 bags of clotted blood were visible to the naked eye,accounting for 11.45%of the blood with poor blood collection.The incidence of blood clots is the highest in non-scalar whole blood,blood donation sites in the blood donation house and blood collectors with less than 3 years of work experience.The lowest incidence of blood clots was found in 400 mL blood donations,street blood donation sites and blood collectors with more than 10 years of service.Besides,there was no significant seasonal variation in the incidence of blood clots.Conclusion:The blood collection department should manage and control the causes of blood clots in a targeted manner,reduce the incidence of blood clots during blood collection and ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical blood transfusions.
