摘　　要：产后避孕服务是产后妇幼保健的重要环节。本文综合国内外产后避孕服务指南和研究,对我国产后避孕服务的潜在时机和不同服务时机(孕期、住院分娩、产后访视、产后42 d和儿童保健)的效果研究进行综述。重点讨论不同时机提供产后避孕服务的可行性与有效性,以期为临床产后避孕服务工作的开展和后续研究提供参考,促进妇女产后及时选用安全、适宜的产后避孕方法。Postpartum contraceptive service is an essential part of maternity and child health care.This review summarized the opportunities of postpartum contraceptive service and their effects in different periods(during pregnancy,delivery in hospital,postpartum visit,42 d postpartum and child health care period).This article focused on the feasibility and effectiveness of postpartum contraceptive services in different opportunities,in order to provide guidance for the future practices and research of clinical postpartum contraceptive services,and help women to choose the safe and appropriate postpartum contraceptive methods.
