摘 要:为探明卷包车间综合测试台在时间、空间维度上的吸阻检测结果的差异性,以标准质检室检测结果作为检测真值,对比分析了同一型号设备在时间和空间维度上的吸阻检测结果。结果表明,①不同时间段同一台仪器测定吸阻,仪器测定结果在30~50 Pa波动,可能与环境温湿度的变化有关系;②同一时间段2台仪器测定吸阻,2台仪器测定结果存在一定差异,其中样品A的配对t值为0.03,存在显著性差异;③与标准质检仪器检测结果对比,这2台仪器检测结果偏高。In order to explore the difference of the test results of suction resistance in time and space dimension,the test results of the standard quality inspection room was taken as the true value of the test,the results showed that:①In different time periods,the result measured by the same instrument fluctuated was in the range of 30~50 Pa,and it may be related to the change of ambient temperature and humidity.②In the same time period,there were some differences between the two instruments in the determination of suction resistance,among which the paired T-value of sample A was 0.03 and was a significant difference.③Compared with the test results of standard quality inspection instrument,the test results of these two instruments were on the high side.
