摘 要:高炉熔渣是高炉冶炼过程中排出的废渣,是能够回收利用的非常优质的资源。其显著特点,一是价格低廉;二是堆存易造成环境污染;三是高附加值产物有较高的应用前景。本文首先概述了高炉渣的处理现状,之后对其高附加值产物,即玻璃微珠的制备工艺进行介绍,文章最后指明高炉渣与高性能玻璃微珠之间存在着相关性,且制备过程存在空心玻璃微珠,性能有待进一步探究。Blast furnace slag is the waste slag discharged from the blast furnace smelting process,and it is a very high-quality resource that can be recycled.One is the low price;the second is that its storage causes environmental pollution;the third is that its high value-added products have higher application prospects.This article first summarizes the current status of blast furnace slag processing,and then introduces its high value-added product,namely the preparation process of glass beads.At the end of the article,it points out that there is a correlation between blast furnace slag and high-performance glass beads,and the preparation process exists.The properties of hollow glass beads need to be further explored.
