摘  要:为给某高硫铜锌矿石的资源回收提供技术依据,针对该矿石开展了工艺矿物学以及选矿试验研究。结果表明:原矿石含铜0.65%、含锌0.461%,94.64%的铜为原生硫化铜,99.16%的锌为硫化锌;铜矿物主要为黄铜矿,锌矿物主要为铁闪锌矿;黄铜矿和闪锌矿的粒度较细,在0.074mm以上部分分别占59.03%和57.22%;闭路试验采用优先浮选工艺流程,最终获得的铜精矿含铜19.83%、铜回收率88.50%;锌精矿含锌44.01%、锌回收率67.12%。In order to provide technical basis for resource recovery of a high sulfur copper zinc ore,process mineralogy and beneficiation tests were carried out for the ore.The results show that the raw ore contains 0.65%copper and 0.461%zinc.94.64%copper is primary copper sulfide and 99.16%zinc is zinc sulfide;Copper minerals are mainly chalcopyrite and zinc minerals are mainly marmatite;The particle sizes of chalcopyrite and sphalerite are fine,accounting for 59.03%and 57.22%respectively for the part above 0.074mm;The closed circuit test adopts the preferential flotation process,and the final copper concentrate contains 19.83%copper and the copper recovery rate is 88.50%;The zinc concentrate contains 44.01%zinc and the zinc recovery rate is 67.12%.
