摘  要:工业化进程的加快引发了一系列环境问题,土壤重金属污染日趋严重。土壤作为人类赖以生存的基础,健康的土壤环境是粮食安全及人体健康的保障,开展土壤重金属相关研究是推进污染土壤修复的必要环节。重金属的形态对其迁移行为、毒性以及生物可利用性起着决定性作用。因此采用多种形态分析方法对重金属在土壤中的赋存形态进行分析,对于合理评估土壤重金属污染程度以及提出科学合理的修复措施具有重要意义。本文总结了多种土壤重金属形态的研究方法,并分析其适用范围及应用情况,以期为土壤重金属研究方法选取提供参考。The acceleration of industrialization has caused a series of environment problems,and soil heavy metal pollution has become more serious.Soil is the basis of human survival,and the healthy soil environment is a guarantee of food security and human health.In order to promote the remediation of contaminated soil,it is necessary to carry out researches on heavy metals in soil.The speciation of heavy metals effected their characteristics of migration,toxicity and bioavailability.Therefore,using a variety of analysis methods to analyze the speciation of heavy metals in soil is of great importance to evaluate the degree of pollution reasonably and put forward scientific remediation measures.In this paper,a variety of study methods of soil heavy metals and their application situations were summarized to provide reference for the study method choices.
