摘 要:机床主轴是工件或刀具的位置基准和运动基准,车床主轴结构是关键的环节之一,车床主轴结构设计上首先要保证主轴精度、刚性要求,在此基础上,尽量使用主轴零件轻量化,从而使主轴零部件在安装、调整、维修时更加方便快捷。通过主轴结构的局部改进与滚动支承方式的改进设计,解决了车床主轴结构与滚动支承方式存在的问题。The spindle of machine tool is the position datum and movement datum of workpiece or cutter. The structure of the spindle of lathe is one of the key links. In the design of the spindle structure of lathe, first of all, the accuracy and rigidity of the spindle should be ensured. On this basis, the lightweight parts of the spindle should be used as much as possible, so as to make the installation, adjustment and maintenance of the spindle parts more convenient and fast. Through the local improvement of the spindle structure and the improved design of the rolling support mode, the problems existing in the lathe spindle structure and the rolling support mode are solved.
