摘　　要：为解决污水处理用排污泵叶轮发生易缠绕、易堵塞、效率低等问题,设计一款叶片前伸式叶轮,且具备一次搅匀、两次切割功能的潜污泵。并以此为基础,对同时安装前置切割铰刀和刀盘、拆卸前置切割铰刀仅安装刀盘、同时拆卸切割铰刀和刀盘等3种型式的潜污泵进行外特性性能试验。In order to solve the problems of easy entanglement,easy blockage and low efficiency of the impeller of sewage pump for sewage treatment,this paper designs a submersible sewage pump with a forward-blade impeller,which has the functions of one mixing and two cutting functions.On this basis,the external characteristics and performance tests of three types of submersible sewage pumps,namely,installing the front cutting reamer and cutter head at the same time,disassembling the front cutting reamer and cutter head only,and disassembling the cutting reamer and cutter head at the same time,were carried out.
