隧道爆破施工对邻近古建筑振动影响研究

摘  要:依托杭绍台铁路东茗隧道南岩寺监测点,通过理论分析、有限差分动力数值计算、现场监测等方法,研究隧道爆破施工对邻近古建筑的影响。研究结果表明,随着单循环爆破装药量的增大,监测点振动速度逐渐增大,并在振动速度达到最大后逐渐减小;当隧道掘进进尺为2.4 m时,通过有限差分动力数值计算、萨道夫斯基公式计算、现场监测,分别得到地表最大振动速度,结果均满足《爆破安全规程》要求;采用控制爆破技术措施后,隧道爆破施工对邻近古建筑影响较小。爆破施工应严格按照爆破设计进行,保证单循环最大掏槽眼炸药量不超过限定值。Relying on the monitoring point at Nanyan Temple adjacent to Dongming Tunnel of HangzhouShaoxing-Taizhou HSR, this paper studies the influence of tunnel blasting on the adjacent ancient buildings through theoretical analysis, finite difference dynamic numerical calculation, on-site monitoring and other approaches. The study results reveal that with the increase of single-cycle blasting charge, the vibration velocity monitored increases gradually and decreases gradually after the vibration velocity reaches the maximum. At the tunneling footage of 2.4 m, the theoretical value of the maximum ground vibration velocity generated by finite difference dynamic numerical calculation, the blasting vibration velocity calculated by Sadov’s Formula, and the actual maximum ground vibration velocity monitored on site all meet the requirements of the Safety Regulations for Blasting. Tunnel blasting by the controlled blasting technology has little impact on the adjacent ancient buildings. Blasting should be in strict accordance with the blasting design to ensure that the maximum cuthole charge in a single cycle not exceeding the limit.
