摘　　要：特应性皮炎是一种常见的与遗传过敏体质相关的难治性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病。研究发现本病发病率逐渐升高,严重影响患者的生活质量。名中医吴淞临证发现,儿童特应性皮炎的核心病机是肺脾虚弱,其中脾虚生湿是基本特征,发作期易夹风邪,迁延期易阴虚血虚。临证治疗吴老师主张治病求本,兼顾整体、三因制宜,根据患儿症状分别论治,发作期患儿病因病机主要为肺脾虚弱、心火亢盛、外邪侵袭,治宜健脾除湿,清热疏风。迁延期病因病机主要是脾胃虚弱,血虚风燥,治宜肺脾双补,健脾除湿,滋阴养血,祛风止痒。吴老师通过多措并举疗效显著,供临证参考。Atopic dermatitis is a common intractable,recurrent,inflammatory skin disease associated with genetic allergies.Studies have found that the incidence of this disease is gradually increasing,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.With clinical obersvation for a long time,professor WU found that the core pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis in children is the weakness of the lung and spleen,of which spleen deficiency generates dampness is the basic feature.The treatment plan should be based on the disease,give consideration to the whole factors,and their symptoms.In the attack phase,it is often accompanied by wind pathogen.But in the remission phase,it is often Yin-deficiency and blood-deficiency.In the attack phase,the main causes of the disease are weakness of the lung and spleen,hyperactivity of heart fire,and invasion of external pathogen.The treatment is to strengthen the spleen and remove dampness,clear heat and remove wind.The remission phase are mainly weakness of the spleen and stomach,blood deficiency and wind dryness.It’s clearly wise to strengthen the spleen and remove dampness,nourishing Yin and replenishing blood,dispel wind pathogen and relieve itching.Professor WU improved the treatment effect of atopic dermatitis.
