慢性胃炎患者经中医治疗后对其生活质量与治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:慢性胃炎会影响患者日常生活质量,为患者提供舒肝和胃饮加减治疗,并以生活质量、中医证候积分、胃肠激素、临床疗效作为参数探究。方法:选取80例慢性胃炎患者开展试验研究,均分为对照组(西医治疗)和观察组(舒肝和胃饮加减治疗),评价患者治疗前后生活质量、中医证候积分、胃肠激素、临床疗效参数。结果:观察组患者生活质量提高,状态良好,观察组中医症候积分有所降低,观察组胃肠激素趋于正常,观察组临床疗效显著,与对照组相比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:为慢性胃炎患者提供舒肝和胃饮加减治疗,临床疗效显著提高,改善患者临床症状,控制患者胃肠激素水平,预后良好。Objective Chronic gastritis affects the quality of daily life of patients,provides patients with modified and subtracted treatment of Shugan and Weiyin,and explores the parameters of quality of life,TCM syndrome scores,gastrointestinal hormones,and clinical efficacy.Method 80 patients with chronic gastritis were used for experimental research,and they were divided into control group(Western medicine treatment)and observation group(Shugan and Weiyin modified and subtracted treatment).The quality of life and TCM syndrome scores of patients before and after treatment,Gastrointestinal hormones,clinical efficacy parameters were evaluated.Results The quality of life of the patients in the observation group was improved,and the state was good.The index parameterswere compared with the control group,the TCM symptom scores of the observation group were decreased,and the index parameters were compared with the control group,the gastrointestinal hormones of the observation group were compared with those of the control group.It tends to be normal,and the index parameters were compared with the control group,the clinical effect of the observation group was significant,compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The modified treatment of Shugan and Weiyin for patients with chronic gastritis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,control the level of gastrointestinal hormones,and the prognosis is good,which can be further promoted.
