摘  要:为解决矿山越界采空区自然发火问题,确定合适的预防措施,以青龙寺煤矿为例,通过分析贯通点各项气体浓度,研究了贯通点密闭、越界开采煤矿封闭和采空区地表裂缝回填等措施对越界采空区自然发火的预防效果。研究结果表明,通过分析3#密闭点、4#密闭点、5#密闭点、6#密闭点、7#密闭点及5-20104综采工作面回风隅角的各项气体浓度,可以得出5-20104综采工作面回风隅角、3#密闭点、7#密闭点各项气体指标正常,越界采空区内自然发火征兆未波及5-20104综采工作面与3#密闭点、7#密闭点;与越界采空区贯通的4#密封点、5#密封点、6#密闭点内,氧气浓度逐渐下降,氮气浓度缓慢上升,经过分析,判断为煤炭氧化耗氧及煤层中氮气溢出导致。分析认为,青龙寺煤矿制定的安全技术措施对预防越界采空区自然发火有积极作用,应继续按公司要求做好防控工作进一步加强管控,越界采空区自然发火预警状态可以由公司级调整为矿级。研究结果为煤矿贯通越界开采而导致越界采空区自然发火的防治提供一定的参考。In order to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion in the cross boundary goaf of mine and determine the appropriate preventive measures, taking Qinglongsi Coal Mine as an example, through the analysis of each gas concentration at the breakthrough point, the preventive effects of such measures as the closure of the breakthrough point, the closure of the coal mine in the cross boundary mining and the backfill of the surface cracks in the goaf on the spontaneous combustion of the cross boundary goaf were studied.The research results show that by analyzing the gas concentrations at the 3# airtight point, 4# airtight point, 5# airtight point, 6# airtight point, 7# airtight point and the return air corner of the 5-20104 fully mechanized working face, it can be concluded that 5-20104 fully mechanized working face return air corner, 3# airtight point, 7# airtight point various gas indicators are normal, the signs of natural fire in the cross boundary goaf did not affect the 5-20104 fully mechanized working face and the 3# airtight point and the 7# airtight point;In the 4# airtight point, 5# airtight point, and 6# airtight point connected to the cross boundary goaf, the oxygen concentration gradually decreased, and the nitrogen concentration increased slowly.After analysis, it was judged that the oxygen consumption of coal oxidation and the overflow of nitrogen in the coal seam were caused.The analysis believes that the safety technical measures formulated by Qinglongsi Coal Mine have a positive effect on preventing spontaneous fire in the cross boundary goaf, the early warning state of spontaneous combustion in cross boundary goaf could be adjusted from company level to mine level.The research results provide a certain reference for the prevention and control of spontaneous fire in the cross boundary goaf caused by the coal mine’s cross boundary mining.
