摘  要:煤矿用胶带运输机的运输能力制约着整个矿井巷道掘进和工作面的回采效率,胶带运输机中问题最为突出、最容易影响生产的是CST液压油冷却系统。CST液压油冷却系统的改进一直是煤矿的一大难题,从最开始的风冷到后来的水冷,设备的稳定性明显提高,但是冷却水浪费问题一直未能有效解决。从CST液压油冷却系统基本原理入手,通过对CST液压油冷却系统在电路和水路2个方面的改造,编写电动阀控制程序,实现CST液压油冷却水根据油温实现自动开停。不仅能提高胶带运输机运行效率,同时节省大量水资源,在驱动性能、生产效率、绿色环保和经济回报等多方面成效显著。The transportation capacity of the mine belt conveyor restricts the mining efficiency of the entire mine roadway and working face.The most prominent problem in the belt conveyor is the CST hydraulic oil cooling system.The improvement of the CST hydraulic oil cooling system has always been a major problem for coal mines.From the initial air cooling to the later water cooling, the stability of the equipment has been significantly improved, but the problem of cooling water waste has not been effectively solved.Starting from the basic principle of the CST hydraulic oil cooling system, through the transformation of the CST hydraulic oil cooling system in the circuit and the water circuit, the electric valve control program is written to realize the automatic start and stop of the CST hydraulic oil cooling water according to the oil temperature.It not only improves the operating efficiency of the belt conveyor, but also saves a lot of water resources, and has achieved remarkable results in many aspects such as driving performance, production efficiency, green environmental protection and economic returns.
