摘 要:随着大型、特大型矿井的设计,其装备的提升机配套功率增大,矿井提升机双电机共轴拖动一个摩擦滚筒应用较为普遍。而矿井提升机机械部分为国产,配套的变频调速系统核心部分为进口的西门子、ABB等电力拖动系统,由于进口电控系统需要反馈的高精度、短延时、抗干扰力强,而国产机械结构向电控系统转换过程中存在误差率大、易受外界干扰影响,降低了控制的准确性和大型设备的稳定性。根据现场轴编码器实际反馈及机械部分结构组成,详细分析提升机双电机拖动变频控制系统出现误差率的原因,提出切实可行的解决方案,并通过技术改造和现场实际使用,通过变频器运行曲线的状态反馈,使得提升机运行反馈精度大幅提升。With the design and production of large and extra-large mines, the supporting power of the hoist of its equipment has increased, and it is more common for mine hoists to coaxially drive a friction drum with dual motors.The mechanical part of the mine hoist is made in china, and the verification part of the matching variable frequency speed regulation system is imported electric drive systems such as Siemens and ABB.Since the imported electronic control system needs feedback of high precision, short delay, and strong anti-interference ability, there is a large error rate in the process of converting the domestic mechanical structure to the electronic control system, and it is easily affected by external interference, which reduces the accuracy of control and large-scale device stability.According to the actual feedback of the shaft encoder on site and the structure of the mechanical part, the reason for the error rate of the dual-motor drive frequency conversion control system of the hoist is analyzed in detail, and feasible solutions are proposed.And through technical transformation and on-site actual use, through the state feedback of the inverter operation curve, the hoister operation feedback accuracy is greatly improved.
